My name is Asher-Lee Tulip Downer, I am originally from Dorset, but I am currently studying in Surrey. I love dogs way too much and when I do rarely return home, I work part-time at a kennel/cattery.
I am studying Media and Creative writing at a University in Surrey. My course is very demanding and I find myself reading a lot, which is something I have always enjoyed. I try to vary what I read, giving different genres and abstract writing styles a go. Within my course, I am recommended to read modern books, preferably released in the last three years, rather than the classics. However, I find myself having too much knowledge on obscure books which no-one else seems to read. I constantly find that I am within a fan-club made up of only myself. I wanted to put this blog together, rating and evaluating more uncommon, less well-known books.
If you happen to stumble upon my blog, you will expect to find reviews of books, some that are considered conventionally good and some that aren’t. But every book offers something different.
